The game
BlinkTest is an entertainment product. Players see screenshots of public startup landing pages for five seconds and guess what the startup does. Scores, "lives" and "deaths" are game mechanics, not statements about any business.
Submissions
By submitting a URL you confirm you are authorized to submit that website and that you allow BlinkTest to capture and display screenshots of its public landing page. Only submit URLs of public startup websites.
Fair play and abuse
Automated play, vote manipulation, attempts to sabotage other startups, and submitting unlawful, deceptive or inappropriate content are prohibited. Obvious abuse may be removed without notice, and we may rate-limit or block abusive traffic.
Removal
Site owners can request removal of their website from the game at any time via the takedown page. We honor legitimate requests promptly.
Payments
When enabled, optional payments (e.g. reviving a dead startup) are processed through Stripe. Payments buy a new game run and nothing else. All payments are final except where required by law.
No warranties
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We may change or discontinue the service at any time.
